This procedure is a mandatory condition for the transfer of finished housing from the developer to the buyer. It begins with an invitation to the initial inspection of the apartment and ends with the signing of the acceptance certificate.
What to take with you to the acceptance
- Passport and contract.
- Tablet, several sheets of paper, two pens.
- Chalk and paper tape.
- You will need to mark the defects found: stick tape and write notes on it, circle scratches and scale on double-glazed windows with a marker.
- Electrical tester or a small electrical appliance (phone charger).
- A lighter and a candle. By the deviation of the flame, you can understand whether the ventilation is working, whether there is a draft from the cracks in the windows.
- A light bulb – to check the cartridges.
- A flashlight (or use a mobile phone).
- A tape measure.
- A level.
